How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the Website

If account deletion is available in your app or on the website:

1. Log in to your WTV Channel account.

2. Go to Profile or Account Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Confirm your request.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you are unable to delete your account from the app or website:

1. Send an email to support@wtvchannel.com

2. Use the subject line: “Delete My WTV Channel Account”

3. Include the following details:

   • Registered email address or username

   • Reason for deletion (optional)

Our support team will verify your request and process it within 7 working days.

What Happens After Deleting Your Account

• Your account will be permanently deleted

• Your personal data will be removed from our systems

• You will lose access to:

  • saved preferences

  • watch history

  • subscriptions (if any)
